Democracy Under Attack.

I believe it is, if we look at current events in the United States, we can see clearly that the United States Constitution and our freedom is under attack. Without talking
about the attacks on our energy independence, southern borders, abortion issues, equity, and other social and education issues, I am going to focus on just a few amendments
within the Bill Of Rights of our Constitution. First, we should read all the first 10.
Information from: List of amendments to the United States Constitution - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
1st Amendment (original form):
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
By the grace of God, I am allowed to write this editorial on the bases of this first amendment, I am allowed to practice and serve the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob,
and I am allowed free speech to petition the Government of my grievances. Now, if any time later the Government attacks me personally or my well-being or property because
of this editorial, then my rights would be violated.
2nd Amendment (original form):
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This gives me the right to own a legally acquired firearm, a legal gun of any kind. I am required to undergo a background check, contrary to anti-gun activist beliefs,
prior to the purchase of any gun from any legal gun retailer. Once I have gotten past the background check, within my state, I can purchase a conceal carry permit.
This allows me to carry my firearm (loaded) on my person anywhere I wish, except where it is not legal to do so or is posted with signage indicating no firearms allowed.
That permit also allows me to carry a firearm within my vehicle, also while loaded. Yes, loaded meaning with loaded magazine inserted. For me personally,
I never allow a round in the chamber while I carry, some people do and that is legal. The key here is, this amendment allows me to defend myself,
my family and property against anyone or thing that poses a threat. (Self Defense)
4th Amendment (original form):
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue,
but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
This amendment provides the basic rights of security and privacy of your home and property and all positions. This includes everything from a toothbrush to firearms.
Without probable cause supported by Oath or affirmation and/or warrants. The problem with this amendment is the writers did not consider what authority could insist
probable cause during the encounter of contact. This normally comes into play during traffic stop encounters. But is now under threat of gun confiscation within new
legislation proposals. Create new laws that distorts “unreasonable searches and seizures “ and “probable cause” and you can then enter homes and confiscate anything you wish.
Conclusion:
Amendments Five through Eight deal with justice and courts. Do you know of anyone who’s rights have been violated involving crimes? In recent years and even the current
administrations seem to wish to re-write or undo and create new laws or guidelines to replace our current Bill of Rights. This may seem right to some people and absolutely
necessary, others see such actions as autocratic. The danger is the ideology of the left-wing majority in power, may be so far from what the founding fathers intended and therefore far from the conservative party, this could only lead to dictatorship style government which would assume power.
What if one could do away with the 2nd amendment? What about the 1st? You see leaders of our nation that are in majority that do not adhere too, and protect the Constitution which
includes the Bill of Rights, has broken their oath of office. This oath should be held in the highest esteem and honor of the office one holds within government. Without
this oath, without it being honored to the highest above everything else at all costs. Our democracy will fall.
On Nov 19, 2021 Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty (self defense) in a Court of Law, statements from leaders:
Left Statement from Joe Biden
Left Statement from Kamala Harris
Keys words here, From Biden "angry and concerned"... "every American is treated equally"
Keys words here, from Harris "I'm disappointed"... "criminal justice system is fair and just"... "we still have a lot of work to do."
Both are true to the democratic party, both are angry, disappointed, and concerned that an 18-year-old was not convicted of murder and placed into prison for life no matter
what the overwhelming video evidence and testimony was. That clearly showed Kyle acted in self-defense, and would be dead today if not for his ability to react to those who
attack him with intent to kill. You are angry because a 12-member jury of honest and hard-working citizens found Kyle Not Guilty, in a court of law of our criminal justice system.
You’re disappointed because this young man as risen above the powerful network news outlets and the powerful politicians to stand, to Stand Not Guilty, to Stand higher than he was
before, to Stand without any regrets, to Stand for something bigger than himself without knowing what he would be standing for, to Stand for Freedom, to Stand Tall,
to Stand for self-defense.
Justice Was Served!
You know people will persecute and try to silence those whom they cannot control. It is basically the same thing that white supremacy groups did to Martin Luther King!
